Cookhams Footprint
SMART ENERGY SHOW

kids with solar panels.jpeg

The aim of Cookhams Footprint’s Smart Energy Show is to inspire and inform local residents of the exciting technologies available for home energy while giving them the opportunity to speak to genuine accredited installers of Solar Panels, batteries, Air Source Heat Pumps and Zero Emission Boilers in a relaxed and informative environment.

All of the companies presenting at the show come with recommendations from villagers, and most of them are local themselves. Residents will also hear from professionals and homeowners who’ve had these home energy solutions installed and from a national insulation company, who can advise on government grants. Peter Gibbs, the broadcaster and meteorologist, will start the talks at 1.30pm explaining his enthusiasm for renewables and why he’s moved away from gas.
